Term of patent
Definition: The maximum number of years that the monopoly rights conferred by the grant of a patent may last.
Enforceability of Patent
Definition: The right of the patent owner to bring an infringement suit against a party who, without permission, makes, uses or sells the claimed invention.

Definition: Agency Location Code - an eight (8) digit code assigned to U.S. government agencies by the Department of Treasury.
